How We Handle Your Information.
Who we are
Prosidon is an executive search firm working with data center, digital infrastructure and renewable energy organisations. We operate internationally, and our teams work across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us. From the enquiry form: your name, email address, company, job title and the details of the hire you describe. From the newsletter form: your name, email address, company and job title. We also keep the professional information candidates share with us during a search, such as a CV, career history and pay expectations.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to carry out a search you have asked us to run, to introduce candidates to clients with their knowledge, and to send the weekly newsletter to people who asked for it. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
International transfers
Searches frequently run across borders, so information may be handled by our colleagues or stored on service providers' systems in a country other than your own, including outside the UK, the European Economic Area and your home jurisdiction. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, and we require the same standard of protection wherever the information sits.
Who we share it with
Client organisations, where you are a candidate and have agreed to an introduction. Service providers who host our website, database and email, under contract and only on our instructions. Regulators or authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Candidate and client records are kept for as long as there is an active or likely future working relationship, and then removed. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contactus@prosidon.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, local data protection law may give you further rights, and you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Newsletter
The weekly email is sent only to people who signed up. Every edition carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe here. Unsubscribing removes your address from the list.
Cookies
This site uses only what is needed to load pages and keep a signed-in session working. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.
