Editor's Note
This week’s announcements reinforced three themes shaping the market globally: operators are securing larger long-term power positions earlier, AI infrastructure demand continues pushing campuses toward greater scale and density, and newer markets are attracting investment as traditional hubs face increasing constraints.
What stood out in particular was the amount of activity tied directly to future AI capacity. From AirTrunk’s India expansion ambitions and CyrusOne’s large Texas campus to Nebius selecting Kao Data in the UK, operators are planning for significantly larger compute requirements over the coming years.
As projects scale in complexity, demand continues rising for leaders and engineers with hyperscale, high-density, power, and liquid cooling experience.
